SONJA R. FRAZIER

Founder/Owner

Sonja is the founder and owner of S. R. Frazier Financial Education & Coaching Services, LLC. She brings over 39 years of combined experience in the banking, credit and finance industry, academia, and federal government—working with consumers, attorneys, credit counselors, faith-based communities, civic groups, and individuals.  In addition to her background in the financial field, Sonja has several years of practical work experience as a coach, mentor, consultant, and as an adjunct professor in higher education.  She currently serves as a Chief Diversity Officer in the U.S. Federal Government.

Sonja has completed academic coursework for undergraduate and graduate degrees in Biblical Studies (B.A.), Jacksonville Theological Seminary, Adult Education with a Specialization in Training & Development, (B.S.), Southern Illinois University Carbondale, Organizational Performance Improvement (M.S.), Boise State University,  Organizational Psychology (Ph.D.), Walden University, and a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Certification from, Cornell University.

Sonja’s goal is to build a one-of-a-kind education and coaching company that delivers unexpected results and provides every client with an exceptional customer experience. What differentiates S.R. OUR MISSION

S.R. Frazier Financial Education & Coaching Services, LLC strives to advance the economic empowerment of minority women, and their inclusion to participate and compete equitably in the financial world. This entails being a resource for women who are ready to become confident and smart money managers. Our goal is to build a community of support, empowerment, and encouragement for women to become responsible consumers, earners, credit managers, wealth generators, and protectors of their finances. We want to position women to have power, voice, long-term financial security, and the gift of having options.
